CNC Services is the focal and starting point for most manufactured projects.
As well as well as providing support to in-house divisions at Steelfort our CNC Services Team supply product to a large number of external OEM and general trade clients.

Between our LASMAC Laser Profile cutting machine and our skilled programming staff, Steelfort can take even the most complicated line image and transpose it into a digitised programme.

The ‘computer brain’ on the CNC LASMAC can read and control the machine to cut most metals up to 10mm thick metals as well as acrylics and plastics.

To de-coil bulk coils of sheet metal Steelfort also has a 'cut to length' de-coiler, rolling sheet metal flat and automatically cutting it into sheet sizes.  In addition to this we have an inhouse production guillotine to cut lengths of up to 3000mm and up to 6mm thick.

The Golf Tee image below features the Steelfort Company logo and was laser cut on the “LASMAC 1212” from two pieces of 3mm Mild Steel sheet.

The individual pieces were then assembled by slotting together, spot welded and finally electro statically power coated.
